WordPress said I don’t have any active subscriptions?

I bought the yearly plan in January but I could not find the receipt in email and when I log in it says I don’t have any current subscription!
The worst part is that WordPress doesn’t offer any support live chat, or email support for free users, in which I’m not!

I chatted with Bluehost they said the server is down but it should not have anything to do with WordPress subscriptions!

Also, the original is karryzee.co but I don’t know why it shows karryzee.com everytime I tried to login, issue started 2 weeks ago.

Looks like your hosting subscription is with Bluehost and not with us (WordPress.com). So, you should reach out to Bluehost for support.
