WordPress sales contact info

Does anyone have the WordPress sales contact info. I am interested in purchasing the business package ($299/yr), but I have a few questions before I purchase this package. Please send me the contact info (to a real person) who works for/with WordPress.
Thanks.
Dave

Volunteers answer the majority of all support questions and when we cannot provide support we tag threads for Staff assistance.

@rennickd
Hello there,
Please note that unless or until one has purchased the upgrade what you are posting does NOT apply. If you have a paid upgrade, please use the “Contact Support” form, where you will receive a choice of having staff answer your question publicly or privately. http://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/
We have a crew of Volunteers who have been answering support questions here for many years who do have the correct answers, so don’t feel pressured to respond to any support threads.

@rennickd
Reading carefully before posting is required. This is how the support doc you tried to to quote above reads:If you’re a WordPress.com Business or WordPress.com Enterprise subscriber, live chat support is included in your plan. If you’re not a subscriber yet, you can find out more about upgrades for your blog at the WordPress.com Store. … http://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/

My question is still unanswered. I have no chat box on my Dashboard page. I haven’t accessed my dashboard for five years. I don’t remember what type of acct I have. I would like to ask private questions to your staff before I spend $299 on a product I don’t know will be a solution for our needs.
Please have your staff connect with me now in a private chat.
Thanks,
Dave

Hello? Are my messages connecting with any WordPress staff? My question is still unanswered. I have no chat box on my Dashboard page. I haven’t accessed my dashboard for five years. I don’t remember what type of acct I have. I would like to ask private questions to your staff before I spend $299 on a product I don’t know will be a solution for our needs.
If I spend $299 and then find out WordPress is not the answer for me, what then? It seems like a challenge to connect with company staff/reps.
Please have your staff connect with me.
Thanks,
Dave

Guys, there were 7 replies to my initial post asking to connect with WP staff. Unfortunately, the replies didn’t help me connect with any WP staff. Now, I’m not getting any replies. What am I doing wrong? I have questions. I’m unfamiliar with WP and their support system, so please let me know how to connect with WP staff to answer my questions.
Thanks,
Dave

rennickd advised me to upgrade to get the support I need. This seem very weird to me. A company asking you to purchase their product BEFORE you can connect with their staff and ask questions.?. What am I missing?
-
Am I replying to myself? Am I not in the right area to ask questions of support? Very frustrating guys.

Dave,
I do not represent WordPress, I am a fellow member who was trying to help answer your question. I am going to let the volunteers help you, sorry I couldn’t be of more assistance.

I appreciate your effort. I do have another question I just posted to the community. Here it is:
TOPIC: WP Blogs/Blog pages vs Blog sites rated by search engines
Question for the Blog community and or WP (WoerdPress) staff, as I’m unfamiliar with WP.
Regarding blogs, I understand that WP has blog templates. I am also aware there are web site themes which have a blog template/page designed into some of the themes. As we know, Google likes blogs––it rates the information in blogs higher or more favorably than if the same information was just on a non-blog web page. It’s my understanding that blogging sites help to keep content classified or deemed blog information by virtue of it being at blogging sites.
My question is how can we have our WP blogs be “rated” by search engines the same as if it were on blogging sites? If our content is rated higher on blogging site than anywhere on a WP page, even a WP “blog” page, is there a way to get our blog information integrated with blog sites, but still be on our WP blog page, such as in a WP theme template?
If my question is confusing, but someone understands my meaning, please do your best to address this concern.
Thanks,
Dave

Have you reviewed the sticky thread at the top of the forum about how to use the forums? Please do that.
When you have a series of questions, do a search one at a time in the Support documents for each item. You will almost always find the answer.
The forums are staffed by volunteers, not staffers.
WP.com blogs are blogs. I don’t know what kind of a distinction you’re trying to draw.

And @RC the question has been ask by the OP I think at least two other times and answered at least in one thread – having 6 threads going at once does not help the cause at all – makes more work for those who might help you
