wordpress says Helene can't upgrade to premium

Helene Vosters wants to upgrade her account and change her theme from Vigilance to Broadview, wordpress say’s the premium package is not available for her blog. She is willing to change her theme to Broadview in the free account but is concerned that she might loose information from her current blog in the process of transferring and would like to speak with someone on the phone before she does this.
It would be super fantastic if someone could give her a call — possible? This is from Cassie Scott who is an administrator on Helene Voster’s account. Helene’s phone [phone number removed by staff] Thank you

Hi there. There’s no phone support for WordPress.com. Also, this is a public forum and you really shouldn’t post personal information like full names and phone numbers here as ANYONE on the internet can access it.
I’m tagging this thread for staff so they can remove that phone number, and then they can also look into this upgrade issue for you. Please be patient while waiting for their response.
