WordPress says I do not have any websites?

    To Whom It May Concern,

    My name is Dylan Knight and I am currently building my freelance photography website via WordPress. Today, once I logged into WordPress, I selected the ‘My Site’ tab next to the ‘Reader’ tab to edit my website. Then, a page displayed saying, ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.’ This is not true, because I have been working on this site for the past three months. I also Googled my website, dylknight.com, and it appeared, which I also found odd since I did not authorize my website to be published yet since I am still finalizing it. If it did somehow publish though, I still do not understand why WordPress is telling me I have not created any websites through WordPress.

    Please respond at your earliest convenience with help, so I am able to begin working on my website again.

    dylknight.com is hosted by Unified Layer (Bluehost) and is a stand alone wordpress.ORG software install.

    As that site is not hosted by wordpress.com and we cannot help you with it. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    This is wordpress.com support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

    Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.com/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
