WordPress says I don't have a site up but I do.

  Please help. If i go to the WP-admin, my site is there.
  https://ibfausaorg.wpcomstaging.com/wp-admin/users.php

  But when I log in with the same user here: https://wordpress.com/sites

  It says I have no site. I need to validate my login credentials to get the DNS working and I cannot get into the WordPress site. Please help. This is for a religious organization and their site is currently down and I can’t get in.
