What did I do? Couldn’t log on site and now WordPress says I don’t have one?

Does this mean I need to reach out to Bluehost? I was directed to WordPress from Bluehost.

http://www.chubbrocks.com, however I wanted to change it to http://www.chubbrocksrnlife.com. I assure I didn’t something incorrect but now I cannot access either. neither has gone live.

Ok yes, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
