WordPress says my email doesn't exist and i can't log in!

  at my work we made our website using wordpress

  then we got a message from our hosting server, bluehost.com, that our site has malware on it and they made it so we cna’t get on the website, and we can’t use our email now.

  so i go to wordpress.com to log into our account to try and look at our website, and it says my username and password are wrong. then i click ‘forgot password’, and it lets me enter my email address so it can email me, but it says my email doesn’t exist either.

  i had to create a whole new wordpress user account JUST to get into these forums to ask for help because i can’t find anything on wordpress’s website for emailing them about support or help.

  can anyone please help me out here?!

  The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
