WordPress Search Function Not Working
-
When I use the search on my blog for certain keywords all my posts show up. This is using the search included with WordPress.com on blogs, I’m using Mystique as a theme.
For example. http://linearfix.wordpress.com/?s=wordpress, instead of just posts the mention WordPress all posts come up. Whilst some keywords, for example http://linearfix.wordpress.com/?s=Google, work.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi. Other than “WordPress”, what other keywords have you tried that, as you say, make all posts show up?

Actually I think I found out what causes this, the entire URL is searched. So http://linearfix.wordpress.com/2011/05/09/what-they-feed-kids-in-school-cafeterias/ means the keywords of http, linearfix, wordpress, com, 2011 as well as the rest of the post URL format will appear in search.
@airodyssey Thanks for your response.
Is there are way to remove this option as not all posts are related to the keywords in the URL!

I agree with raincoaster. Every time I search for something – anything – I get 0 results. It also shows the results (all none of them) in a new window. I don’t want new windows cluttering up my screen! This is the worst search engine I have ever encountered.
