WordPress self host does not recognized youtube bracket from WordPress.com

  Hello,

  I was using wordpress.com, i have many posts with youtube embeeds, so when i decided to migrate from wordpress.com to my self host the brackets of youtube does not recognized, i used the Export to from wordpress.com and i need some information if is neccesary to install some plugin in my self-host to recognized it

  the version of my own wordpress is 2.3.1

  The wordpress.ORG software does not natively support the video shortcodes used here. Those are a wordpress.COM feature.

  However, you should be able to install the new Jetpack plugin that wordpress.COM developed for .ORG sites and along with some other neat features, it brings support for the video shortcodes.
