  How do I use this with my wordpress site. I downloaded it but i dont see how to install it or anything.

  I recently began the WP premium upgrade trial version mainly so I could benefit from features such as adding the Yoast SEO plug-in. But I believe you can’t use plug-ins because the blog has to be self-hosted? (My site BTW is carolinafishing.net). Are there any comparable SEO alternatives that I could currently install? Thanks in advance!
