wordpress server localized on iphone for development

  Is there a way to install a localized wordpress server on the iphone? I am out in the field most of the time, and my iphone is always with me. I want to be able to install a server so I can install templates and setup a basic working site where I can transfer it later to a full server online.

  Can this be done, or do you have advise for a change in thinkinking to achieve similar results?
