wordpress shares migration

    Hi, I need to know if it is possible migrate from wordpress.com to my own host but in the migration I need to mantains all my shares with facebook, twitter and ther soacial networks.

    Is it possible to migrate these data?

    I need this information for a client now hosted on wordpress.com.
