  Wordpress sidebar is collapsed, so all I see are icons. When I click on th brush icon for the theme, it does shows the submenus briefly, but doesn’t let me click on them. I want to click on the submenu widgets, but can’t do it.

  Sorry to hear that! I just checked on your account, and the menu/submenus are showing up properly on my end. Here’s a screenshot I took from your site’s dashboard.

  

  Could you try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps? Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  You can also try logging in using a different browser temporarily to see if that solves the issue. I suspect the issue might be specific to the browser you’re using. Generally, an issue on the site would have been replicable on our end as well.

  Also, I saw the icon and text both were showing up, but if you still see just the icons, please click this icon at the bottom of the menu to expand it:
