WordPress sidebar split on top and bottom of page

Well. I’ve spent hours trying to figure it out, and now I’m asking for help. If you go to my blog or this page for example http://www.onemoregadget.com/perfectly-tasty-on-earth-astronaut-ice-cream/ you can see that the sidebar has a top and a bottom, for some reason it’s split in the middle. What can I change to fix this so it all flows together? Thank very much to whomever can help me.
