  can i add the wordpress simple paypal shopping cart plugin to a wordpress premium account or is this only for a business account?

  Hi nicolamacklin,

  You won’t be able to use plugins with both WordPress.com Premium and Business accounts. If you have a Business upgrade, you’ll be able to integrate Ecwid and Shopify in your blog.
