wordpress site

    I got wordpress.com but I need wordpress.org- also, the wordpress.com site I just bought sent me a receipt but the site says I am on the free plan and dont have access to anything, even though I paid for a plan. How can I go about canceling the wordpress.com and getting a refund so I can do the wordpress.org?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi @drtoniwarner,

    It seems that authenticallymepsychotherapy.com is already being hosted by another web host and not with WordPress.com. If that is the case then you are already using the free WordPress.org software and the site is not hosted here with a WordPress.com account.

    If you’ve bought and paid for a WordPress.com Premium plan and desire a refund, you can chat to the really helpful WordPress.com staff here: https://wordpress.com/help/contact and they will help sort out your refund.
