  Something happened to my existing wordpress site (destin-vacation-rental.com) when it automatically upgraded to 4.3.22. SSL connections fail and I can no longer access admin and none of my logins/emails allow access. It is hosted on GoDaddy. I am desperate to regain access and thought maybe creating a new account and point to existing site would work

  since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com (it is a site using the open-source WordPress software but hosted elsewhere), you’ll want to look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
