    Hello,
Recently I was creating shopping cart to my existing wordpress site using woocommerce. After uploading several products, the next day, I couldn’t access to my wordpress site. Message appeared as webpage which was not link to the server. I tried to access my wordpress site via cpanel also no where to be found. I’ve checked with the webhosting company. They said no files found at the backend. The funny part is this site has been up & running for the past months without any problem. Why is it now after uploading or setting up the ecommerce, suddenly all files disappeared?

Appreciate if anyone can help me with this.

    Thank you very much.

    Regards,
    Rebecca

  • Hi there,

If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:

    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:

    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce

These forums are for WordPress.com hosted websites. If you want to know the difference between the two, you can find more information in this document:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
