WordPress site and plugin I may need?

    Hi, I am trying to create a site where it opens similar to this example http://tdm.levnine.com/ do you know if there is a way to do this? Or what plugin I may need at all? Also, can I do this whilst I build the site then purchase the domain etc after? Happy to purchase the plugin in order for it to work. Thanks. Amy

    As I understand, you need a website that will look like http://tdm.levnine.com/ ?
    Good news are that this website is built on WordPress software and uses DROOW child theme as I can see here: https://www.wpthemedetector.com/. So you do not need additional plugins, the appearance of the website is directed by Theme.
    DROOW Theme is not in Premium themes category of WordPress.com, therefore to install that custom Theme you will need Business or eCommerce plans.

    Also, can I do this whilst I build the site then purchase the domain etc after?

    You can upload a custom Theme and modify the website without purchasing a custom domain, your site will be available under free subdomain like my-site.wordpress.com. When ready, you can purchase a custom domain and set it in a few clicks.
