WordPress site broke and wont let me login to admin

  I tried to change the site url and was given a 404 error, now I cannot login to the admin dashboard

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ve checked your account and I was able to access your dashboard
   
  You should be able to access it by logging into your WordPress.com from https://wordpress.com/log-in/
  
  If you have any issues with the password, you can reset it here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
