WordPress site cannot customise

  i can’t customise my wordpress site. I’ve tried all the steps mentioned in the forum like deactivate all the plugins but nothing seems to be working for me. Can anyone help me please?

  I doubt that you’re talking about the empty site linked to your name. These are the WordPress.com forums and here at WordPress.com we can’t activate or deactivate plugins. It sounds like you need to ask for help at:-
