WordPress Site – Changed to Personal – Now No Site, Domain or Gmail

    Hello, I changed my WordPress site from Business to Personal. I have been charged $60 for GSuite and the WordPress Site but there is no record of the purchases, I have no site and no email. And I have no way to reach anyone as the email that is connected to support is (email visible only to moderators and staff) (which is all affiliated with my domain). I have documentation of payment – now no site. Please contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) as soon as possible. Thank you.

    Please provide the link to the site you have a problem with. I will also tag this a “modlook” for a staff member to attend to you. Please be patient they will look into it.

    Hi there,

    I think the issue is that your upgrades are connected to your hotmail email, not your chic-insights.com email. The account that you are contacting us from is not associated with your domain and G Suite email. If you log into your other account, you should be able to gain access to your purchases.
