WordPress site closed

  I had another WordPress site which I just used for the occasional blog…I just tried to sign into it and I received a message saying it had been closed down. I tried the recovery form and that didn’t work as I do not know how to find the authentication requirements.
  I have another account which I have not used…I had to sign in there to find help
