wordpress site closed,help! messaging from another one

my site samkhanmcintyre.wordpress.com has been closed but the content is still visible, it is hateful content that I wrote when I was sick and want to take it down, I do not have the relevant codes or numbers from the bank as it as over ten years ago. My password is not working and I want to log back in, it is genuinly my site, please help

I am emailing from my other wordpress site because as I said the blog I need help with-samkhanmcintyre.wordpress.com is closed: I can’t log in but the content is still up, please help! I saw another lady whose site was blocked like mine and they sent her a link to log back in. WordPress had no reason to close my said account especially as they kept the content up, I even sent them my passport to prove it’s me, this is making me ill. Please help and email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) would be better to email if you can.

My site samkhanmcintyre.wordpress.com has been closed by wordpress but content is still visible, I want to remove it, please let me log back in, my password isn’t working and they want all these codes from the bank etc which I can’t get as it was too long ago, please help I wrote the hateful content when I wasn’t well and it is not nice, I want to remove it, I contacted wordpress before but they didn’t help, I even sent them a photo of my passport to prove it’s me, I was never warned thy could close my site just like that, if there is something wrong why didn’t they romove the content when they removed my acess to my own website, pleaseh help, and let me log in, this is affecting my mental health
