WordPress site crashed

    Hi I need help with my wordpress site deannakp.com. I need a the WP Encryption SSL plugin uninstalled. I don’t have access to my WP admin to uninstall it myself and I don’t have access to FTP the files to do it manually. Please let me know if you are able to help.
    It is hosted by Startersoft.com.
