  Site critical eroor help

  The site I need help with is neendakarafreshfishpoint.ml. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  I noticed that your site is not hosted by WordPress.com and was built with the self-hosted version of WordPress, often called WordPress.org. This forum is maintained and equipped to support WordPress.com sites.

  To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different companies and we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere.

  https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the self-hosted software, and you can find the support forums at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Quick tip: From the error message I see on your site, you might have the wrong PHP version installed on your server. Usually you can change the requested PHP version. You should be able to do that at your server provider. From my research that might be https://infinityfree.net/

  I’m not sure which site you’re asking us to activate. Are you still referring to neendakarafreshfishpoint.ml?

  As @csabarakasz mentioned above, that site is not hosted by us on WordPress.com and we are unable to do anything on that site.

  There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check the following article that details the differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org

  Your particular site at neendakarafreshfishpoint.ml is a self-hosted WordPress.org site hosted by a different company. Please reach out to your hosting service provider for help with that site.
