WordPress Site disappeared?

  A WordPress site (http://dmsbulletin.hms.harvard.edu/wp-login.php) I used to help run when I was a grad student went down in May of 2016, and no one has been able to recover it since. I was finally able to log in to WordPress under the user name for this site, but there does not seem to be any site associated with the account. Is there any way to recover the site? There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact technical support except through the forum. (Hopefully someone who actually works for WordPress is reading this and can help.) Thanks.
