wordpress site disappeared from profile
-
Hi – my wordpress site was manageable on wordpress.com (it appeared in ‘my site’).
It’s now not there anymore and I don’t know how to get this backpaulbatesonis.co.uk
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

Hey there, the site isn’t hosted here with us, but you probably had it connected through the Jetpack plugin. That lets you use our interface and several of our extra features.
Do you want to make sure that is installed and active, and reconnect if needed?
-
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly – this sounds right, yes
Thanks for clarifying – ok I’ll try check the jetpack plug-in is active first
Once I confirm this, how do I go about making WordPress.com reconnect with my site (with jetpack running) ?
-
Once Jetpack is installed and active, it will either be connected again, or you’ll see a prompt to connect under your Dashboard’s Jetpack section.

I am having the same difficulty regarding my site no longer being available for me to edit. It is not being hosted with wordpress but I need to be able to update my pricing! How do you make sure Jetpack plugin is installed and active, and reconnect if needed?

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with elsewhere.
So, you’ll log in to it through https://bravooutings.com/wp-login.php and not through us.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
With that said, if you’d like to manage your WordPress.org site through WordPress.com, that is one of the features of the Jetpack plugin: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/
