WordPress site down

  Hello, I have a wordpress page that I have been using for years (and is my professional site) and it is currently unavailable on all of my devices. My professional portfolio is up on there and I need to access it and send it to clients so this is very urgent for me.

  Could anyone suggest why this has happened and how to fix it?

  My other site, blancheellis.com, which is on the same account works perfectly.

  The message I get when I try to load it on any device is:

  ‘This site can’t be reachedblancheillustrates.wordpress.com took too long to respond.
  Try:

  Checking the connection
  Checking the proxy and the firewall
  Running Windows Network Diagnostics
  ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT’

  I don’t see anything particularly wrong with https://blancheillustrates.wordpress.com

  Are you able to check from a different network, like maybe a cell connection?

  If it works there, try resetting your modem and router.

  Thank you so much! That means I can send it to clients. it was definitely my network I could see it today from the same device on another network. Though I wonder how it happens that one website gets blocked like that, one that I use often?

  I have reset the modem and cleared the cashe on my browser and it is working again now.
