WordPress site down

  Hi, our noticed that our centroidinc.com site was down (over a week ago), and I’ve been working with our hosting provider, Network Solutions, to restore it. I now realize that the domain is fine, but something about the site isn’t letting it load. I put a temporary one up via Network Solutions, but we would like to get the WordPress site restored. I took over as IT Director in January, so it’s possible something has lapsed. I’m happy to renew whatever it needs. Thank you!

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. Your site loads fine for me. If you need further help you must head over to wordpress.org

  Hi happilyghostly1547d421a6! As staartmees mentioned, the site centroidinc.com is not hosted at WordPress.com, so we don’t have access to it. Your hosting provider should be able to provide a backup to help you restore your site.
