WordPress Site Down Due to Maintainance

  Is WordPress doing maintainance on its site now (Monday, September 30, 2013, 9:22 am Philippines time)? This is because I cannot log out of one site since there is NO LOG OUT option on the upper right hand corner, and I cannot access another site as it cannot be found.

  I would LOVE to send you screen shots, but there is no option here for that, hence I can’t.
