WordPress site emails??

  How do I stop from receiving WordPress site emails being sent to me every 10 – 15 mins? I’ve received this email over 100 times in the last few days and it’s impacting my battery on my cellphone

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello @stageunlimitedent,
  Go to your Updates Notification Setings by clicking here: https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/updates

  Then uncheck the options for which you want to stop receiving emails. And then click Save Settings.

  Hi there,

  We’ve not sent any emails to you recently.

  What is the FROM address of those emails? Any emails from us will come from a @wordpress.com address.

  If the address is wordpress@ instead, those are not from us. The part of an email before the @ is meaningless. If you want to know where an email is coming from you need to look at the domain after the @
