WordPress site expiry – help!

  Hi, I received an email saying that my WordPress site expires tomorrow. I have been trying for some time to ‘renew’, but can’t seem to do that. I am on a primary plan, which is supposed to never expire… what can I do?

  http://terranovastringquartet.com/ – is a custom domain name with what looks like domain mapping – so there would be domain name registration & domain mapping costs

  is there another account you might have used for purchasing the upgrades?

  Hey there,

  @auxclass is right. The domain that you are trying renew is under a different account than the one you are contacting us from. In order to renew the upgrade, you must log into the account in which you originally purchased it. Or, contact the owner of the account so that they can go ahead and renew the upgrade.
