WordPress site frozen when editing menus

  HI there, since November I’ve been having trouble editing my WordPress site.

  I want to edit the primary menu on the site so that I can tidy it up and add new content. However, whenever I get to the ‘edit menu’ option and click ‘Primary Menu’, the whole site freezes and I can’t go any further. Any ideas?

  Many thanks for reaching out.

  That doesn’t sound like normal behaviour – can you tell me if you have any browser extensions functioning on the browser please? In particular an ad blockers.

  Also, can you tell me if you have tried to clear the browser cache and seeing if this resolves the issue?
