WordPress site has disappeared

We have had the site up and running since 2016. We recently removed all e-commerce components of the site as we are no longer conducting business.
We just want the site for communication purposes. Help…

But I don’t even have the opportunity to fix it if that is indeed the case. Site is just gone.

My mistake. It was registered as savvyonthesom.com. But it was a WP site. Can I embed pix here as proof?

The site is indeed down and the domain was never registered with WordPress.com. Based off of what you are describing, and it appears you’re in the wrong forum. The site was using the open source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:

These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org you can read this document:
I think the first step is to contact the site host. Looks like from the whois data that the domain registrar for the domain is Network Solutions. There are no WordPress.com sites under your account, so it doesn’t appear to be a site hosted here.
