WordPress site integration

  Good day, I am having trouble with the building interface of wordpress. My website is running a script I think of WordPress. So it only takes me to http://www.mysitename/wp-admin/ and not to the actual wordpress site. I want to use the Gutenberg blocks plugin, or the standard blocks interface that you get on wordpress.com But I don’t know how to access that?
