WordPress site is displaying Improperly

Hello,
For some reason, my current wordpress site has changed it’s display.I’m using the Nexus Theme, and the site has been running just fine for several months. Last week, it just started to condense the display, stopped showing the slider, and completely reorganized the layout.
I have no clue where to start and have searched and searched for a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
