WordPress site is not opening because of file permissions

  I am working on wordpress site. Which is actually completed & is live now.
  But the problem is site frequently NOT opening. when i go to file manager, the file permissions are changed automatically. when i reset them, the site works fine.This has been a very serious problem for me. As my client is very important, i need a permanent solution . Please help, I will appreciate your help…

  Hi there. I’m going to assume http://itsatuln.wordpress.com/ is not the site you’re talking about as it’s empty, and furthermore I’m going to assume you’re actually working on a self-hosted WordPress.org website, as we don’t have any FTP access here.
