WordPress site malfunction

My domain address is purchased through Register.com and has always been connected with my WordPress page. This weekend my annual renewal lapsed because the card on file didn’t go through. Since then, I have renewed the domain through register.com and have paid the $300 fee for the business plan renewal on my WordPress site. Now, not only is my site not published but my entire WordPress looks different. On my Dashboard under “purchases” it says I no longer have access to this site or it’s purchases even though I paid the $300 fee. When I click “contact support” as it suggests I am met with AI and when I ask for human help it tells me to click a button for human help, but then it never sends the button to click. It won’t give me the option to contact a human. My WordPress webpage was edited through elementor and I can see the site on my end HOWEVER the site isn’t viewable to the public. When I go to “reading” from my dashboard there’s no option for website visibility. NOTHING IS WORKING AND I HAVE NO WAY OF GETTING HELP.

Does this relate to https://ccpdalton.org/ ? If so, I’m seeing the site load ok from here.

If you’re still having trouble viewing, it may be a browser issue. Can you try clearing your browser cache by following the instructions below?
