WordPress Site migration

    Hi,
    My collegue designed a wordpress site for our company in Linux machine. Everything is fine and working there. Then he send me all website files, database as .sql to me. I installed it in windows server 2003 with Apache/Php/MySql. But the site at new location does not display the theme properly. The pictures and some frames are not displayed. Is it because of different way of indicating path of themes directory? Is it not possible to migrate site built on Linux machine to Windows Machine? what changes need to made to migrate it? I have already spent one week to do it but no luck. please help me asap. ((email visible only to moderators and staff))
