WordPress site name is incorrect

I setup ascotlabourparty.wordpress.com and for some reason ascotllabourparty.wordpress.com has been setup. Can you please rename ascotllabourparty to ascotlabourparty

You can simply sign up for the correct spelling as a new blog then export the contents from the mis-spelled blog, then import it to the correctly spelled blog.

Great thanks. I have signed up to the correct name! Probably no need to export and the new one is better than the old. However how to I get rid of the old one?

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

You may want to make the blog visibility private instead. To change blog visibility go to > Settings > Reading. Make it a private mirror blog of your primary blog and it becomes very useful as well as being a backup blog you import content into on a regular basis. delete blog
