WordPress site not displaying ‘technical issue’

my wordpress site http://www.glór.ie (with the accent on the ó) is not displaying due to a ‘technical issue’. The website http://www.glorlanguage.wordpress.com is displaying but this should be pointing to http://www.glór.ie . My hostinging comapany has given me the following ‘steer’ but this is goobledegook to me! Can anyone help? Sincere thanks from the West of Ireland!

Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums as we don’t have any access to your site, and our version of WordPress doesn’t work the same as the version you’re using.
