WordPress site not on my profile

Good Morning. I am a somewhat beginner with making WordPress sites and have not logged on recently. I was told through a friend that my website was down and am not sure why. I get the following error:
Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /home4/mbanion/public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-sitemap-plugin/google-sitemap-plugin.php on line 112
Also, when I log on to WordPress I do not have any sites and it tells me to create a new site. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My domain name is http://www.thejourneygarage.com

Your website does not look like it is hosted on WordPress.com.
We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress.
WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.
You might check in with your host to see if there’s an error log you could look at for more information. Or, you could look in this forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar:
