WordPress site not supported by GoDaddy domain

I have just finished creating my site on WordPress after paying for bluehost and a domain name for GoDaddy. When I went to launch my site RowanClaughton.com it is redirected to the GoDaddy site saying my domain name is being held by them. I am not a technical person and spent days working out how to design my website on WordPress.com. I hope someone can help!

rowanclaughton.com is registered with GoDaddy so please contact them if you have any questions about the status of the domain and why it is showing as held.

It’s worth noting that WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities:
Hosting with Bluehost means you would be using WordPress.org software. In that instance, the WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to ask for advice (about connecting the domain to your site or general setup questions).
It would be possible to use the domain on WordPress.com but it sounds like you are already set up with Bluehost. Do you want to host the site there?
