    Hello @bawahemant45,

    I’m sorry to hear about your site. You can scan your site for more information visiting Sucuri Site Check. However, it seems that the site affected is not hosted here with us. The only site that shows up in your account is http://dhireviews.wordpress.com. This forum is only for sites hosted with us

    If you are using a self hosted version please post your issue at WordPress.org or you can contact your web hosting provider for more guidance.

    Best,
    Bill

    The only site that shows up in your account is http://dhireviews.wordpress.com.

    You have no way of seeing what sites are in a particular account. You can only see what site (if any) is linked to a user’s username and what sites they choose to list in their public Gravatar profile. You’d need access to our internal tools to see if there are any other sites in a particular account, so please don’t make statements like that based on incomplete information.

    If a user doesn’t provide a site with their question, rather just ask them to confirm what site they need help with.

    @kokkieh

    I apologize. You’re right I should have worded my answer differently but the answer still stands as OP stated that they have the ability to check their database and tables which is not something WordPress customers are able to do. Correct? I will take your advice for future post though.

  • Referring them to the .org forums is appropriate in this case, yes. Just don’t make statements about account information that you don’t have access to :)
