WordPress site redirect refund problem

    Hello support,
    I purchased WP site redirect upgrade and made an error so I’ve requested a refund but there seems to be a problem and refund is not happening. I only want to cancel this current purchase and do it again when I sort our issues with my blog. Is it possible for me to get this purchase refunded? Do I need to have my credit/debit bank card registered with WordPress in order to get a refund?

    I’ve removed and refunded your Site Redirect Upgrade, as requested. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
