WordPress site reverted to older version and updates links not working

  My site has changed.
  My site has reverted back to an older version. I have just realised that when i go to:
  http://laracreber.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
  and click on any of the ‘my stuff’ updates they all come back with an error message that the page is unable to load as it no longer exists.

  Please help

  Everything appears to be fine, would you please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache?
