wordpress site settings error

  Good day, i am having this problem of opening my wordpress settings, i cannot get to the traffic page everytime i try to excess it is says ‘ unexpected error acquired’. please help solve this matter.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  When you login to your WordPress.com just select your site and click on the button which says “Stats” and then “Traffic” that’s where you see your website traffic, but as you say you’re getting this error.

  Can you please share the screenshot with the error message?

  Once you take a screenshot upload it into your WordPress “Media” and share the link with us.

  This looks like a browser issue. Please try the following things:

  – Clear your browser’s cache
  – Force refresh the page
  – Log-out from your WordPress.com account and log-in again.
