WordPress Site unable to be accessed

  My word press site seems like its unable to be open, and I cannot access my WP admin as well. Is there something that you can do to help? Thanks beforehand.

  It seems like you might be facing difficulties with a self-hosted WordPress.org website, and not with a WordPress.com-hosted one. WordPress.org is a free site-engine software, while WordPress.com is a web hosting company.
