WordPress site willn not update image. New site called Faith.

    Blue host said it was a problem with the programming of Faith that is causing the problem. I went to header, uploaded 1600 x 600 gif image as required. uploaded and submitted and the image will not update and show on the site. Does not matter if I Publish site, it still does not update. Also widgets do not want to update text. I’m going crazy. Built a lot of website with html, but has taken 3 hours to just get the theme installed and one continuous problem after another.

    Since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but on Bluehost, you’ll want to look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
